HALF provides help in supporting activities relating to the Novatech D/3 system, as well as in the areas of automation, networking, and data analysis.

HALF can provide services for a Software Maintenance Contract.  The exact scope of this contract can be tailored to meet your specific needs. The range of services can include design and/or implementation of software and configuration changes, modifications or upgrades of the Digital Equipment and TI I/O family components, enhancements, troubleshooting and problem fixes, ongoing maintenance and upgrades, and end user and systems training.  These services can be provided through modem, high speed Internet access (T1) and/or site visits on a periodic or as-needed basis.
